Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily administrative activities to support team functions and project deadlines.
- Manage scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Prepare, review, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation logistics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of efficient workflows.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
