This role will be responsible for assisting/supporting the implementation, customization and handling of day to day branchless banking applications issues (Mobilizer platform, associated APIs and channels) in terms of understanding and maintaining the functionality among the various applications residing in the branchless banking platform
Liaison with branchless banking/digital channel technology providers and relevant stakeholders
Coordination within IT team, vendor(s), relevant stakeholders for deployment of applications
Coordination with other departments for design, functionality reviews, testing, training, etc.
Ensure proactive and collaborative coordination to prevent delays and bottlenecks; escalate issues timely for resolution
Ensure seamless operation and availability of branchless banking applications
MIS development/data extraction for Management and regulator.

Education & Experience
Minimum Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering from a reputed institute. Master degree holders will be preferred.
Minimum 2 years of prior experience in a Software/Applications Architect role with up to 1 years relevant experience in managing branchless banking applications/channels.
Good knowledge and experience of PL/SQL and database like Oracle and SQL Server
The candidate must poses good analytical, designing, development and communication skills to handle ongoing implementations, customizations and trouble shooting
SAP Branchless banking system’s implementation, support, MIS development and database architecture experience will be preferred
