Job Description
Broader Perspective:
- Overall planning, management and execution of digital/offline presence of Fincera on potential platforms (social/web) with special emphasis on E-commerce & CRM.
- Generate all necessary Branding Elements for Fincera and ensure effective implementation of the same in online/offline marketing.
- Draft Marketing Manual – for online/offline marketing under directives from the Management.
- Design Marketing Calendar for generating maximum brand awareness, and customer acquisition (to be measured with lead generation and eventual conversions.)
- Management of presence of Fincera on all relevant digital (social/web) and offline platforms – by designing the content accordingly.
- Take full ownership of e-Commerce Business Unit while ensuring steady growth in business; as per targets assigned by the Management.
- Work closely with all stakeholders/respective sales managers for updated product knowledge, customer data acquisition for CRM, know-how of sales trends etc.
- Liaison and listing of Fincera products on 3rd party e-Commerce platforms with strong follow-ups and focus on revenue generation.
- Any other task as assigned by the Management.
Job Specific/Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of all digital/offline marketing tools.
- Hands on knowledge and experience of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics & CRM software
- Advanced knowledge of website development/management
- Hands-on knowledge of running e-Commerce business unit (incl. knowledge on regulations, payment gateways etc.)
