Job Description
To establish and maintain a high performance sales organization to achieve high business in retail, corporate, and projects sales.
- Create and implement effective Sales & Marketing strategies for luxury indoor product in retail, corporate sales, Projects Sale, e-commerce sectors and dealership network sales.
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision translation, active coaching and development of sales results to appropriate actions.
- Take wisely critical decision at his/her own to smooth routine sales operation.
- High level leadership to lead Sales staff and to develop Sales objectives and to monitor the sales progress
- Establish a strong dealership network with corporate and projects client
- Develop company's e-commerce website to attract online customers.
