- Conducts competency-based interviews and uses appropriate assessments.
- Conducting Job Analysis and Drafting Job Descriptions and Specifications
- Preparing Adverts of Vacant Positions
- Makes offers to successful applicants, negotiates when necessary and regrets unsuccessful applicants.
- Checks candidates' references with their previous employers.
- Induction and Orientation of New Joiners
- Issue internal memos and letters
- Drafting SOPs for various Processes
- Managing Personnel Files and other Tasks related to HR Administration
- Maintaining Staff Records
- Drafting and Reviewing Policies, Procedures and Forms
- Processing Monthly Payroll
- Attendance and Leave Management
- Conducting exit interviews.
