Job Description
Drive the external customer traffic with effective customer-centric approach, effective sales pitching on-site, thorough knowledge on product portfolio and excellent communication/convincing skills to generate sustainable business.
- Be very attentive & responsive toward customers.Regularly visit customer sites for generating business.
- Assess the customer needs and advise them with the best possible solutions; whilst utilizing excellent communication skills.
- Provide excellent customer services for maximum conversions and sustainable business relationships.
-Achieve weekly, monthly and eventual annual targets of respective categories.
- Ensure customer database gathering through customer feedback forms, business cards, etc.
- Generate quotations of required products on pre-set formats.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for conversion, delivery/dispatches, under process shipments and any after-sales queries.
- Any other task as assigned by the Management.
Job Specific/Technical Skills:
- Know-how of interior sector and lifestyle trends.- Well-versed with addressing customer queries/complaints (pre-sales, sales, and after-sales)- Sales management (target-oriented)- Cross Selling
