Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive business and regulatory licensing plans for our fintech startup clients. The candidate will work closely with our clients to understnd their business objectives, target markets, and funding requirements to develop well-written and convincing business plans. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic advice to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with fintech to understand their business models, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the fintech industry
- Conduct research to identify the regulatory licenses and permits required for clients' businesses
- Develop comprehensive business plans that include detailed financial projections, market analysis, and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure the business plan aligns with company goals
- Present the business plan to clients and stakeholders and provide guidance on implementation
- Update business plans as needed to reflect changes in market conditions, business objectives, and funding requirements
- Prepare and submit regulatory license applications on behalf of clients
- Review regulatory requirements and advise clients on compliance obligations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and changes to regulatory frameworks
- Provide guidance to clients on maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to resolve any issues or concerns related to regulatory licensing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, law, technology, economics
- Proven 3- 5 years experience in consulting, preferably in the fintech industry
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Tools: MS Visio, MS Project, Trello, Asana, Notion, Confluence, MS Share Point, JIRA
