Scope:
The job requirement is to achieve the target of the company under the Operations Department, and the branch manager is considered as the link between the branch and the various head office departments.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Attracting and forming a working team for the branch to cover the entire geographic area
- Develop plans for the required monthly target of the branch
- Division of work among the heads of the branch
- Follow-up on the workflow of the field staff and the administrative follow-up of the administrative staff of the branch
- Reviews loan applications submitted by the loan officers, makes a field visit to all submitted cases, and writes the visit form
- Required to do a field visit to 25% of potential borrowers visited by the Loan Officers reporting to a Team Leader, signs all funding application forms, and deliver the final approved signed Loan Applications and valid documents to the data entry for disbursement of loans.
- Required to achieve the monthly target required of the branch, according to the reports issued by his direct manager
Requirements:
Qualification:Bachelor's degree
