The Europe Operations Analyst is responsible for identifying, detecting, mitigating, and  preventing incidents in a proactive way that may impact the quality and time of delivery  of any of the company services, applying the procedures and guidelines given by the  Europe Operations Supervisor. 

Position reports to Europe Operations Supervisor. 

Department: Operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To update transactions status following the guidelines and procedures given by the Europe Operations Supervisor.
  •  To ask the correspondent to update the status of all those pending transactions.
  •  To detect and prevent incidents that may impact in any of the company services,  reporting them to the Europe Operations Supervisor and trying to provide a final solution.  
  • To assist the Europe Operations Supervisor, giving support to customer services and other departments involved in the workflow transactions process.  
  • To set up, test and update, new payers, products, services and currencies in production and test environments requested.  
  • To compile information about new and existing correspondents according to the instructions given by the Europe Operations Supervisor.
  •  To create, update, and store correspondent payout locations and correspondent bank list.
  •  To create and update client bank lists in the system.
  • To set up archive agents, and archive payers, as well as to assist to the Europe and  Americas Operations Supervisors with the integration of any payer between SMA system and Omnex, following the procedures.
  • To activate and deactivate payment option for Omnex agents and sending option for Omnex payer.  
  • To create, and edit agents’ spreads, pricings, and commissions schemas.
  •  To create and edit payers’ commissions.  
  • To report transactions’ information into third party platforms.
  •  To perform the revision of transactions held by operation fraud rules.
  • To manage the ticketing tools.
  • To act as backup of the following operational tasks:  

Safeguarding.  

Operational Payments (SEPA, Switzerland, Thailand, UK, South Africa and Sweden.

Essential Work Skills: 

  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in similar capacity and industry.
  • Knowledge Excel (User level)  
  • English in writing/reading and in speech (B2 level)  
  • Flexible timetable
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of the team  
  • Always deliver a high level of service  
  • Work calmly under pressure  
  • Being attentive and patient  
  • Good numeracy skill
