- In this role, you will be responsible to provide technical support and retail POS solutions to the Khaadi retail stores
- Your key deliverables will be:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot for technical issues related to POS operations and assisting stores in smooth execution of store transactions.
- Support the techno-functional side of Retail POS & Headquarter support
- Monitor and maintain Periodic POS Database and ensuring smooth POS operations
- Administer the database, backup, restore, shrink, and recover database
- Develop the SQL queries and executing data optimization, data extraction and transformation
- Coordinate with partners and Microsoft for POS issue escalation, discussion and resolution
- Create and enhance the documentation for FAQs and HOW TOs for non-technical members.
- Collaborate with others to engage subject matter experts, third party vendors or Management.
- Provide both technical expertise (either on your own or by involving your colleagues) and being an excellent communicator and a service oriented professional.
Requirements
Qualification:
Bachelors preferably in Computer Science
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in technical support, technical consulting experience or Retail POS solutions. In depth knowledge of Retail domain, Networking Concepts, Dynamics 365, SQL Server and Visual Studio”
