We need IT Expert for our US based office.Part time job (5 hours).Night shift. 5 working days.weekends off.Candidate must have experience of IT and computer troubleshooting.
Major Duties
- You will be responsible for installing or upgrading components.
- Setting up software, assisting with network administration and resolving all IT support issues.
- To be successful as an IT specialist, you should have an in-depth knowledge of various computer hardware and software technologies.
- Must know CISCO IP phones installations and totally setups.
- Must know CCTV installations and their errors.
- Must have knowledge of Hardware and software related issues.
- Call Centre industry experience will be Plus point
