Fine Tec Martial Art and Boxing Equipment is seeking a highly skilled Sublimation Designer with at least five years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the sublimation printing process and excels in pattern design, color theory, and print design. This role requires expertise in Adobe Photoshop along with comprehensive skills in image editing, layer management, and color correction. The designer will play a critical role in developing visually appealing and technically accurate sublimation designs to be applied across various martial arts and boxing products. Attention to detail and a keen eye for color harmony are essential to ensure quality and consistency throughout the production process. This position does not involve team management responsibilities but emphasizes collaboration with production and marketing departments to bring innovative designs to life.
Responsibilities
- Create original sublimation designs suitable for martial arts and boxing equipment, utilizing advanced knowledge of the sublimation printing process and print design principles.
- Develop and edit complex patterns and graphics using Adobe Photoshop, ensuring precision in layer management and color correction to meet production quality standards.
- Apply color theory expertly to enhance the visual impact of designs, maintaining brand consistency and appealing aesthetics.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure that designs are technically feasible and align with printing capabilities and materials.
- Ensure all sublimation designs comply with quality control standards by conducting detailed checks and revisions focused on accuracy and detail.
- Prepare design files accurately for printing, optimizing resolution and format to achieve the best possible output on sublimation printers.
- Work with the marketing team to develop concepts that support promotional campaigns and product launches, providing creative input and design revisions as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and best practices in sublimation and textile printing to continually enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively within the organization to balance creative vision with production constraints and deadlines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet required timelines without compromising quality.
