Job brief:
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounts Executive responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial management team.
Job responsibilities:
- Manages accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting.
- Acts as a liaison between the organization & the external auditors to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.
- Constantly update tracking sheets for revenue
- Balance bank and company accounts
- Maintain accounting standards and style of the company
- Prepare records of accounts reconciliations to management as stipulated.
- Able to control multiple companies accounts.
- Any other task assigned by the Finance Manager/Assistant Manager.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Fresh ACCA graduate/Final year of ACCA
