Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • To make outgoing calls to try and sell our services.
  • To generate more leads from out called people
  • Answer customer queries through incoming and outbound calls.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Make follow ups  where necessary.
  • Upsell products and services.
  • Flexible to work in different shifts.
