We are looking for a competent Field Recovery Officer to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. You will have to strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments. Responsibilities that come under this role are as follows:
- Monitor allocated accounts to identify outstanding loan of defaulters
- Undertake a minimum of 15 - 20 client visits in a day for the purpose of recovery & collections
- Investigate the defaulter’s whereabouts and get hold of his physical location
- Take actions to encourage timely loan payments
- Deal with defaulters face to face and negotiate for recovery
- Reporting on recovery & collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Maintaining a log of daily activities
- Planning for future course of actions and develop creative ideas for recovery
Job Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of Intermediate certification
- Tech pro and smart phone user
- Must have strong negotiation skills to deal with loan defaulters
- Must possess Reporting and Analytical skills
Experience in Banking Sector will be a plus.
