This position will be responsible to:
- Develop, lead and manage compliance program in light of the SBP regulations.
- Provide guidance and leadership on remediation of issues
- Oversight and development of controls, policies and standard operating procedures
- Provide guidance to business partners relating to the development of controls for critical business processes to mitigate compliance/ operational risk.
Desired Skills:

- Understanding of Core Banking, Branchless Banking
- Analytical Skills
- Strong understanding of SBP regulations
- System Development & Implementation Skill
- Experience with consumer protection , financial crime, information security
The ideal candidate must have at least 05 to 07 years of hands on experience in Internal Controls & compliance having a thorough understanding of SBP regulations.
