Finja is looking for a Relationship Manager to build and maintain relationship for its digital payment disbursement solution’s portfolio. This position is available for Karachi office. The candidate should be confident, presentable and should have excellent lingual and communication skills.

The candidate will be responsible to:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
  • Let customers know about other products the company offers.
  • Attend meetings with clients to build relationships. Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
  • Achieve the communicated efficiency benchmarks & maintain discipline & integrity in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle customer queries & complaints efficiently.
  • Liaison with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Monitor company performance against service level agreements and flag potential issues.
