Finovators is a full digital agency based in Lahore working for the digital service offerings for the financial services sector. As digital business & technology specialists, Finovators offers both product and service offering to its consumers looking for personal finance products including banking, insurance and telecom.

Role Title: Personal Finance AdvisorNo of Vacancies: 2 (1 for Banking, 1 for Insurance)

Role Description:

- Establishing through understanding of products in both Banking and Insurance

- Conducting product research and data analysis

- To gather and document specific feature requirements from internal functions / external partners & assisting in enabling these features into company's products

- Advising customers on motor, travel, life & health insurance products

- Advising customers on retail banking products & helping them to acquire a product of their need

- Liaising with partners and customers through online interfaces, email and via phone calls

- Finding the best banking & insurance product deals available made about their needs

- Managing customer sales leads cycle and following up on all potential leads

- Defining and reporting on weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs and targets

- Advising clients on payments to acquire a product

- Maintaining CRM with the up-to date and relevant customer administrative records

- Dealing with a range of customers on a daily basis and handling anything from general enquiries

- Demonstrates expert knowledge of products and business areas, including Banking Accounts, Personal Loans, Car Loans, Home Loans, Credit Cards, General Retail Insurance (Car Insurance, Travel Insurance, Health Insurance)

Required Qualifications & Skills

- A Master’s degree with a focus on Banking, Finance and Insurance or BBA (Banking & Finance or Insurance)

- Knowledge of the Banking/Finance industry.

- Excellent communication and organization skills.

- Ability to communicate equally well with senior management.

- Being computer literate.

- Strong oral and written communication ability

- Being professional, flexible and ability to manage multi-tasking

- Resolving problems.

- Being driven and positive.
