Finovators Digital is working in the field of digital financial services and urgenly seeking 2 candidates to join on full time basis based on its Lahore office (Johar town). The ideal candiate will bring the following skills and expertise:
- Good knowledge and awareness of financial products (retail banking, islamic banking, Insurance etc.)
- Ability to effectively manage the sales and achieve monthly targets of assigned products and streams
- Ability to achieve business targets as assigned;
- Excellent communication (english AND URDU written and verbal), negotiation selling and interpersonal skills;
- Good phone communication and report writing skills
- Good knowledge of financial services industry of Pakisan.
- Ability to enhance and establishing relationship with existing & perspective customers by talking to clients on a daily basis
- Solicits new business from present and prospective customers; maintains ongoing business relationships with present customers in order to take advantage of additional cross-selling opportunities in the future
- Taking regular follow ups and making sure that the potential clients are converted into customers.
Qualification: BBA (Hons), BS(Hons), MS, MBA with degree in the field of Commerce, Business Administration & finnce or related banking field, from a reputed university.
Experience: Not essentially required but 1-2 years will be preferred.
