We are Pakistan's leading financial products aggregator platform (A product owned and operated by Finovators Digital ). As part of its growth agenda, Mawazna.com is urgently looking to hire a Business Head (Digital Financial Services) for its Lahore/Karachi based office.
The Business Head will assume the overall responsibility of successfully leading the digital financial services business stream of Mawazna.com. The candidate must bring 8-10 years of relevant experience in the digital financial services and must hold strong written and verbal communication skills. The role is expected to lead the following streams:
- Defining and leading the digital business strategy
- To structure the growth plan for the business from the short term and long term perspective driving various revenue streams and driving towards profitability
- To lead the strategic alliances and partnerships efforts
- To drive superior business growth by offering innovative products/services
- To encourage development of superior customer value propositions and client servicing standards
- Business growth and customer life cycle managemnet (B2B, B2C)
- Digital channels development
- Supporting the efforts towards brand development/ marketing
- Operational optimizations
You will also be expected to bring:
- Strategic thinking and planning skills
- A successful track record of leveraging effective relationships across business networks and support functions
- Strong communication skills at all levels (written , oral)
- Executive stakeholder influence and management skills, with strong ability to influence disparate key stakeholders across strategic, operational and delivery functions
- Strong knowledge of digital financial products offered by retails banks, insurers, wealth managers, microfinance banks and telcos.
- Good knowhow of FinTech , InsurTech based innovative products and services
- Strong Analytical and Presentation skills Energetic, positive attitude and highly confident team player
