Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly creative and analytical Social Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing and strategy, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for our company, including goals, tactics, and metrics for success
Manage our social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and oversee content creation, curation, and scheduling
Monitor social media performance, track analytics, and provide regular reports on progress and ROI
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure social media is integrated into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously identify new opportunities for social media growth and engagement
Engage with our audience on social media, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a community of followers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in social media marketing and strategy
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating engaging and compelling content
Analytical mindset, with experience using social media analytics tools and the ability to track and report on social media performance
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
