Are you interested in joining a new state-of-the-arts dermatology clinic lead by a UK based dermatologist? We are seeking a highly energetic female Clinic Manager/personal assistant (22-60 years old) to join a private modern new skin clinic with a vision in excellence located at a convenient and central location in Lahore.
- Working alongside the lead consultant you will be managing and overseeing the general running of the clinic.
- Excellent customer service skills are absolutely essential. You will be responsible for leading the efficient operational delivery of advanced skin solutions that work within the clinic.
- You will manage every aspect of the day to day clinic operation ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to patients.
- You will ensure that the relevant protocols are followed to make for a seamless patient journey.
- You will deal with any issues or complaints that arise, maintaining accurate documentation.
- You will also ensure that all patient administration is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times.
- You will liaise with the team in order to implement new initiatives, promoting treatments to patients and making promotional materials readily available in the clinic.
- You will liaise with the consultant to make sure all treatments are fully understood.
- You must be computer literate and posses excellent communication skill especially English.
- A medical background is desirable but not essential.
