Job Description

  • Supervise the sales executives and manage sales/lead transfers
  • Develop and maintain performance reports of the team members
  • Provide daily direction and communication to sales executives so that the customer calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
  • Provide continuous evaluation of processes and procedures to manager operations
  • Provide statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to team members.
  • Address disciplinary/performance problems according to the company policy
  • Assist the manager operations with daily operations of the call center
