Five Star Group of Industries is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This role requires coordinating and supporting sales activities to ensure smooth operations and effective communication between the sales department and other business units. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have at least two years of relevant experience in sales support and CRM systems. As a Sales Coordinator, you will supervise a small team of three individuals, guiding them to achieve daily objectives and maintain high productivity.
In this position, you will play a critical role in managing sales data, processing orders, and delivering timely sales reports and analytics. Your communication and coordination skills will be key to fostering excellent relationships with clients and internal teams. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM is essential for handling data entry and database management tasks efficiently. The Sales Coordinator will contribute to improving sales processes and supporting the overall growth of Five Star Group of Industries.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operations and provide support to the sales team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Process sales orders accurately and promptly, maintaining clear communication with customers and internal departments.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and analytics to provide insights for sales strategy improvements.
- Lead and supervise a team of three sales support staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date sales databases and assist with data entry tasks.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation for clients.
- Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing enhanced sales procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all sales activities.
- Deliver prompt and clear communication to clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and inquiries.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in sales support functions.
