Five Star is seeking a diligent PPRC Operator with at least two years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the process control operations, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, and efficiently operating equipment. This role involves closely monitoring system performance, conducting preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The PPRC Operator will work regular shifts and coordinate activities to maintain smooth operational flow. The PPRC Operator plays a critical role in maintaining high operational standards and safety compliance within the production environment. Responsibilities
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Operate and supervise equipment, ensuring all machinery functions efficiently and safely during assigned shifts.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime and extend operational life.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or process issues promptly to prevent disruption of production.
- Coordinate shift activities, ensuring all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain precise and detailed documentation and reporting of process statuses, maintenance activities, and incident records.
- Manage and supervise a team member, providing clear instructions, guidance, and support to enhance team effectiveness.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to protect personnel and equipment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to address operational challenges and improve workflow.
- Stay updated on process advancements and implement best practices to increase operational efficiency.
