Five Rivers Technologies is looking for Client Services Executive.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Services Executive will be required to deal with current and potential clients.
1. Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
2. Providing voice and chat support.
3. Dealing with Client queries.
4. Coordinating with the operations Department.
Preferences:
1. Candidates having minimum 2 years of Client Services experience would be preferred.
2. Command over English is a must.
3. Proper phone etiquette
4. Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
5. Effective listening skills
6. Multi-tasking capabilities
