Job Summary:
- Keep track of all project funds for ALBBS, including receiving and checking invoices from
- the suppliers and initiating payment requests.
- Maintain records of expenditures and receipts received at the head office, keep all
- account books and records, act as a focal person for the project audit, and prepare cash
- payment vouchers and bank payment vouchers together with all supporting
- documentation in support of every financial transaction.
- Perform any other finance-related duty as and when required.
- Ensuring compliance of accounting activities with USAID rules, regulations and policies.
- Providing continuous support as and when required.
- Any other task assigned by the Project Manager
- Highly organized
- comfortable with juggling multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Highly collaborative, as the creative team.
