FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a male HR coordinator who can perform the following duties.
- Assisting the HR Manager in Recruitment Procedure
- Monitor Administration Department of the company for smooth operations.
- Maintenance of personnel records
- Providing correspondence services and drafting replies where appropriate to ensure that all issues are dealt efficiently.
- Preparing routine letters, reports, memorandums
- Check the applications
- Briefing compliance issues to marketing managers
- Explaining and dealing with compliance issues
- Verifying and identifying documents
- Outstation Visits and hiring
