FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a female personal assistant who can assist the female CEO in her day to day work.

Job Description,

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Must be able to translate letters and able to answer it by commanding in English language. 
  • Pleasant disposition
  • Ability to use basic excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Flexible and willing to multitask
  • Comfortable with field research and market procurement
  • Interest in interior design and a good aesthetic sense
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills
