Management Skills
• 3+ years managing a team
• Experience running teams with Agile/Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Experience with product planning and execution
• Experience working with Product Management, QA, developers, and customer support
• Experience solving customer issues and dealing with escalations
• Proven experience hiring talented individuals
• Independent thinking and desire to learn new techniques/technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills Technical Skills
• Expertise in Java/C#, Python or similar language
• Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming
• Solid understanding of Web based Programming techniques
• Experience working with Big data, Cloud, AI or Machine Learning technologies is a plus
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in Software Development, 8-10 years overall work experience
