Requirements Essential:
· Strong bookkeeping and administration skills
· Strong MYOB & XERO skills
· Ability to work autonomously & systematically
· Have great computer skill and be able to communicate with overseas clients
· Experience with small, family owned business
Tasks & Duties:
· Weekly payroll including payment summaries
· Daily invoicing
· Accounts payable/receivable
· All bank input and reconciliations
· Credit card reconciliation
· General ledger and month end reconciliations
· Liase with external accountant
General Information:
· Minimum qualification required is Bachelors
· Working days will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 8AM to 5PM with 1 hour break for namaz and lunch
· Office is based in F-10 Markaz
· We are happy to take on students who are fresh graduates or towards the end of degree qualifications
· Full training will be provided
