Flash Fiber Officer

A well-established telecom company is looking for a dedicated Flash Fiber Officer (FFO) to join their team in the Rawalpindi–Islamabad region. This full-time role involves supporting and managing fiber network deployments in a fast-paced field operations environment. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, proactive, and comfortable working outdoors while maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fiber installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities within assigned areas.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to field activities and project status.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures during all fieldwork.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Flash Fiber or Telecom is mandatory.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in fiber network deployment or related field.
- Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills to effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license to facilitate frequent travel within the assigned region.
- Willingness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- A diploma in Flash Fiber is considered an advantage and will be preferred.
