  • Respond to inquiries received through phone correspondence from external customers.
  • Answer and calling in a professional manner to provide information about products and services, or obtain details of complaints regarding claims.
  • Coordinating with the operations team.
  • Customer-friendly attitude with a problem-solving mindset

Requirement:

  • Gender: Male
  • At least 1 year of call center experience.
  • Computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office suite required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
