FIXED Salary 25,000-30,000 pluse Commissions up to 85,000

  • Checking calls and maintaining quality of legitimate leads and live transfers
  • Keeping the best quality maintained
  • Identify and resolve issues to
  • Provide product and service information to Agents
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Create report, forms, and application
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management trends in customer calls
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
