Earn a FIXED compensation PLUS commission WITH NO INCOME CAPS.
Shifts are typically established and applicants must be available to work 8 hour shift from 6:00 PM to 02:00 AM PKT. Shifts may not include Saturdays and Sundays.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successful candidates must be able to sell water to a well. They need not care what it is they are selling, but that they can sell it, and how to sell more. If you have no sales experience, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
1. Prospect and Recruit
2. Utilize probing questions to fit prospects in our subscription plan that provides the best value for their needs
3. Use a computer terminal to access sensitive information and convey necessary information to customers and team members
4. Communicate effectively with prospects and co-workers in writing and over the telephone
5. Set priorities schedule and/or reschedule follow up calls
6. Provide, with appropriate persuasive communication skills, information on subscription plan and benefits
General Skills Necessary for Position:
1. Typing Speed Minimum WPM: 40
2. Must speak and understand FLUENT English. More compensation if SPANISH is also spoken.
3. Must be EXTREMELY detailed-oriented
4. Aggressive follow up with smooth-talking capabilities.
5. Computer SAVVY. Novice computer users need NOT apply
6. Hungry to make money, without spending time focusing on excuses.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
