We are Fnstylez and we are looking for the services of ecommerce exective to grow our business
Responsibilities given below
- Receiving customer orders from Facebook, official website, phone, messages and WhatsApp and answering thier queries.
- Updating online order and stock status of all customers.
- Sending order confirmation messages to customer on daily basis.
- Generating TCS labels for product on daily basis.
- Entering sales from TCS load sheet in candela on daily basis.
- Keeping TCS record for audit purpose.
- Keeping website up to date by uploading products as received, updating discounts or any other material as directed by the management.
- Coordinating with accounts department for payments related matters.
- Coordinating with marketing department for posts and product shoots.
- Keeping track record of products that are shoot.
- Checking availability of stocks before promotions.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
