- Manage and maintain complete process of imports.
- Inventory management, Supply chain management and value addition for the products.
- Developing product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Making comparison sheet for best price from different suppliers before finalizing same
- Identification of new product opportunities; product enhancements; and product line extensions.
- Processing of Proforma Invoices duly with all shipping instructions and important matters.
- Expediting/routine follow up on status of goods to ensure that suppliers meet delivery promises.
- Liaising with Clearing Agents (if any) on cargo clearance with Customs.
- Follow up for all the complaints in the material received and come up with any one solution.
- Filing and keeping records of all imports documents
- Arrangement of all formalities once shipment arrived to port.
- Contact with the agent for freight and other details and finalize agent for each shipment separately.
- Filing GD’s on weboc.
