We are looking to hire a reliable Delivery Boy to deliver food orders to our customers.
The Delivery boy's responsibilities include verifying the identities of the recipients before handing over packages, accepting payments from customers and delivering cash back to the shop.
You should also be able to ensure that the company vehicle is regularly and well- maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Distributing various packages to specified locations within a given time frame.
- Carefully loading and unloading all packages
- accepting and recording payments for deliveries
- answering customers questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.
- investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages
- Obtaining customer's signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery.
- Promptly reporting any road accidents and traffic violations to the company.
Requirements:
- Must have a SMART PHONE.
- Inter/Fa or Diploma
- Driver's license.
- Proven Delivery experience
- Excellent time management skills
- effective communication skills
- exceptional customer skills service skills
- Punctual and reliable.
