We’re in the phase of break-out growth, and are on the lookout for some exceptional Associates - Partner Care Commercial to solve the commercial and non-commercial issues of the partners and work as a support for other departments. We are looking forward for the candidates to join our team and contribute in making a difference.
The details for the role required are below:
- To maintain resolutions of various queries according to the SOPs defined.
- To have hands-on experience of SalesForce.
- To assure online payments from Partners/Vendors.
- To convert Own delivery Vendors to Foodpanda’s logistics platform.
- To work on the non-commercial issues of partners; Offboarding, Ownership, Rejections etc.
- To verify and resolve claims of low orders, erroneous commissions , unsatisfactory performance, issues with online payment orders etc.
- Will be maintaining close professional relations with restaurant owners and partners to further business growth.
- To promote high potential brands/partners/vendors for business growth.
- activating/deactivating vendors based on the SOPs defined.

Qualifications and Skills Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree; a relevant Master’s degree is a strong plus
- At least 1+ years of work experience in relevant field of work; fresh can be considered as well.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem solving ability
- Convincing & persuasion skills.
- Need to be a quick decision maker.
