- To review and check daily collections from differnt regions of the country and book the entry in accounting software.
- Ensure proper deposit of the collections;
- Reconcile the delivery fee with orders on daily/weekly/bi-weekly basis and submit the same to head office.
- Monitors and report any unusual item need to be investigated.
- Cash Application process - Applying receipts and clearing customer invoices in accounting software.
- Payment process - Releasing all payments on time (vendor payments, Facility rentals, Manual payments, Tax payment and etc)
- Reviewing of Bank Ledgers - Bank Reconciliations every week during month end.
- Manage relationship with banks, Accounts payable, Inter Company and Treasury.
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision. Ability to analyse financial data and to prepare accurate reports in a timely fashion.
- Prioritization and planning skills. Deadline oriented.
- Any other related task specified by the management.
