Job Description

1- Investigate the commercial issue, determine the cause and solve the problem by expediting correction and following up to ensure correction.

2- Maintain and record all activities done on SalesForce software

3- Negotiations and renegotiations with restaurant partners

4- Correspondence with all related departments until and unless the problem gets resolved

5- Taking care of restaurant partners needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful & high quality services

6- Act as a liaison between the business and vendors

7- Troubleshooting the problems our restaurant partners are facing through site visits, email & phone

8- Ensure that daily targets are being reached
