Analyze and track KPIs to improve operations performance, and take service to the next level
Effectively manage relationships with key vendors over compliance matters
Review research for compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies
Pilot and own new initiatives that transform support operations and improve our set up and processes
Guide the development of service strategies, goals and efficiencies
Initiate, conduct and promptly reply to ad-hoc compliance issues
Support with reporting requirements, including presentation to management
Responsible for Vendor Compliance that entails controlling of order-Rejection rates and improving order conversion rate
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, logistics, or related fields
3-5 years with a high focus on system and business documentation
Ability to spot issues and analyze complex problems quickly and thoroughly
Attention to detail
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Self-learner mentality
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Prior experience in start-up is preferred
