• Managing all the Home Delivery & takeaway staff (including Riders, call agents and cashiers). Ensure all the Home Delivery & Takeaway staff is present on time in proper dress code with hygienic appearance.
  • Managing Delivery & Takeaway orders from start till end & making sure Delivery service is up to the mark as per industry practices and customer expectations.
  • Average Delivery time of all orders during a month should not exceed 45 minutes.
  • Average time of all takeaway orders during a month should not exceed 20 minutes.
  • Five well trained Call agents (two in the morning and three in evening shift) should always be available.
  • Three well trained Cashiers (one in morning and two in evening) should always be available.
  • Number of Riders shall be directly linked to number of orders.
  • Analyzing Delivery & takeaway sales, payroll levels, identifying underperforming individuals and then creating and executing plans to improve sales and performance of those individuals.
  • Organizing marketing activities such as door to door flyering, meeting with corporate clients for daily basis order.
  • Working on Lost Delivery customers Data and trying to win them back.
  • Supervising the entire operation of Home Delivery & takeaway during scheduled shifts.
  • Interviewing, hiring, firing, training, motivating and scheduling of employees.
  • Briefing all the Employees on menu and services.
  • Responding to customer complaints by solving and investigating problems of customer(s) when a customer complains about the food or service.
  • Repeating business from same customers.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure efficient service.
  • Overseeing the order and cleanliness of the Home Delivery & takeaway area.
  • Ensuring that all employees act in accordance with the rules & regulations of the FOODS INN and if anyone is found in breach of those rules & regulations, appropriate disciplinary action is taken.
  • Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.
