Hi,We are looking for qualified personnel to be a part of our 5-Star Customer Support/ Dispatch team.We are looking for the following attributes:

1- Perfect English with Zero Accent - Must

2- Ability to perform an 8-hour shift in EST zone - 40 hours per week.

3- Must have a wired Internet connection of at least 20 MB.

4- Must have up to date PC/ Laptop.

5- Must be able to quickly learn the process.

6- Ability to work with minimum supervision.

7- Must be ready to perform any shift - as we keep rotating AM & PM shifts.

8- Experienced with handling live chat support.

9- Ability to handle customers in different situations.

10 Ability to handle work pressure and perform well.
