i) Zealously monitor Fraud Alert (FAS) system for alerts and recommend appropriate action plans to Management, for approval.
ii) Act as liaison to the business to support any new risk related reporting from the Fraud system required or operational changes, including new products or services that would affect department procedure.
iii) Proactively communicate with business partners any actions required as a result of the Fraud Alert System alerts.
iv) Ability to deal with complex and confidential issues efficiently.
v) Identify the Suspicious Transaction and conduct the initial review, investigate as required and report to Manager for review and escalation within the required timeframe.
