Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive economic research using quantitative and qualitative methodologies to analyze market trends, policy effects, and economic forecasts.
- Develop and apply economic models and econometric techniques to interpret complex data and generate accurate economic analyses.
- Prepare detailed, well-structured reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced statistical analysis and data visualization tools to present insights in an accessible and impactful manner.
- Monitor global and regional economic developments, identifying key factors influencing trade, investment, and economic policy.
- Collaborate closely with management and team members to deliver timely economic briefs and support urgent assignments with high-quality research outputs.
- Assist in the preparation of official documentation, policy papers, and presentations, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.
- Coordinate with various internal departments and external partners to gather necessary data and validate research findings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of economic trends, forecasting techniques, and relevant software applications to enhance research quality and relevance.
- Provide input on market analysis and policy considerations to aid decision-making within the Foreign Mission.
- Adhere to flexible work schedules, including availability outside normal office hours for urgent research requirements.
- Support other office-related tasks as needed, contributing as a reliable team member within the Foreign Mission environment.
