Our company is looking for a highly motivated and skilled transcriber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for categorizing phone calls and selecting appropriate options based on the outcome of each call. This role requires exceptional listening and comprehension skills, as well as good English and grammar.
Responsibilities:
- Categorize calls based on the outcome of each call
- Ensure accurate and timely transcription of calls
- Complete all assigned tasks within the given timeframe
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team targets
- Willingness to go the extra mile to meet the needs of the business
Requirements:
- Excellent English listening and comprehension skills
- Strong grammatical skills
- Ability to transcribe accurately and in a timely manner
- Ability to categorize and select appropriate options based on the outcome of each call
- Proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work night shift (7:00 PM to 5:00 AM)
- Willingness to work alternate Saturdays
- Good time management skills
