Formulatrix, a multinational organization is seeking resources with high communication skills and professional experience of handling the concerns of existing customers. Formulatrix will require the following responsibilities.
- Understanding customer concerns by asking questions, listening carefully and showing empathy. The candidate may be dealing with the customer via email or phone call.
- Communicating within the company acting as a bridge between customers and different departments of the company.
- Candidate must have the ability to successfully balance the needs of customers with the best interests of the company.
- The candidate is also required to have hands-on CRM.
- Ability to work 50 hours/week.
- Please note, it not a call center but it is a multinational organization with the product portfolio of research-based products and has the vast number of multinationals and universities in its customer's list.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor Degree from a recognized university from HEC Required Experience: Minimum 2 years / Fresh candidate with an excellent educational background can also apply.
