Franchise Manager Responsibilities:  



  • Identify potential franchise candidates and partnership opportunities through research, direct contact, attendance at different marketing activities.

  • Support our Growth Plan to execute the promotion of our proposition to potential franchise partners and the broader franchise market through all routes to market and state-of-the-art lead generation.

  • Develop, fill, and maintain the pipeline of new franchisees and investors, which includes driving new franchise sales from the first lead to the close of the franchise sale.

  • Maintain and utilize CRM tools ensuring efficient and agile lead flow.

  • Engage in due diligence of all new potential Partners to ensure success-oriented candidates are brought into the franchise.

  • Identifying contacting and pitching prospective partners through a range of BD activities including networking, local canvassing and cold-calling.

  • Finalize the Project for each Franchise and guiding/explaining ROI to them, helping out to the franchise-owner to set up the Business Unit

  • Close franchise licensing agreements to assure consistent terms, proper documentation, and the flawless execution of every franchise disclosure document and agreement.

  • Maintains leads and customer information in the designated company database. Updates and modifies records using defined corporate policies.

  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned


Franchise Manager Requirements:


· Sales and business development experience in a fast-growing, dynamic business.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to initiate conversations and build strong relationships.

· Demonstrated ability to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and C-level Govt. / Private Executives.

· Experience in promoting a franchise business in the external market and delivering new franchise partners.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to persuade and influence people.

· Experience negotiating and seeking compromise collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders.

· A proven ability to vet and validate quality leads, prospects, and buyers.

· Strong analytical and storytelling skills, being able to synthesize information for higher management and prospect investors.

· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements and priorities continuously change.

· Franchise sales experience preferred.
