Job Description


  • Overall programming experience on MS platform for 7 years.
  • 3+ years of D365 experience as a techno-functional consultant.
  • 3+ years of Power BI experience as a techno-functional consultant.
  • Experience in developing functional specifications for D365 enhancements and integrations 
  • Experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of D365 solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step methodology 
  • Experience in design and creating test scenarios, functional test cases, and User acceptance testing 
  • Working closely with key stakeholders and the project manager.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the D365 applications and evaluates the customers' business processes against the standard D365 functionality.
  • Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
  • Proactively document solutions, processes, designs, and lessons learned
  • Identify and manage risks with timely reporting and escalation of such risks and issues
  • Facilitate the customers' decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the D365 application).
  • Demonstrates an understanding of business processes and business practices.
  • To evaluate gaps in the current system and to improve business processes.
  • Perform regression testing and retest identified defects as needed. Use of Azure DevOps and other test management tools for all aspects from requirements to UAT. 
  • Should have experience in implementation / migration / customization.
  • Good to have business analysis exposure for client handling activities
  • Ability to work under pressure and result oriented.
  • Salesforce Sales, Service & Marketing cloud experience is a plus.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, or any related field
  • D365 certifications strongly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio or other process modeling tools preferred.
  • Excellent English writing skills and verbal skills
